The control and simulation device has a climate operation unit e.g. heating or cooling unit that controls several actuators and motors provided in the vehicle in preset manner. The several actuators and motors are connected through a control area network (CAN) bus. A heat transfer unit provided inside the vehicle is operated properly by adjusting the rotation speed of the fan motor.
