PURPOSE: An impact tester of a vehicle module is provided to minimize the error through the confirmation and adjusting of the exact load of a test module using a load cell in the setting process of a height panel. CONSTITUTION: An impact tester of a vehicle module comprises support stands(1a, 1b, 1c, 1d), an impactor(4), a weight(3), first and second hoists(2a, 2b), U-shape frame(5), a third hoist(2c), a hydraulic jack(7), a height panel(9) and a platen/mass(8). The support stand offers the supporting force. The impactor adds the impact to the hitting point of a test module. The weight adjusts the impulse quantity of the impactor. The first and second hoists are installed in the support stand and adjust the route of the impactor. In the U-shape frame, the test module(6) is fixed and installed. The third hoist is installed in the support stand and installs the test module to U-shape frame. The hydraulic jack sets-up the condition of loading of a vehicle. The height panel is installed between the test module and hydraulic jack and supports and measures the load of the test module. The platen/mass fixes the U-shape frame and hydraulic jack.
