PURPOSE: An emergency ladder is provided to enable a user to stably unfold a ladder member buried in the bottom of a veranda using a winch. CONSTITUTION: An emergency ladder comprises a case(1), a ladder member, and a winch. The case has a cover(11) and a bottom plate(12). The top end of the ladder member is installed in the case, and the bottom end is installed on the top of the bottom plate. The ladder member is composed of multiple ladder pipes, first and second link guides, pulleys, and links. The first and second link guides are installed in both ends of the ladder pipes. The links are connected to the pulleys and hinge holes of the first and second link guides. The winch is composed of a speed reducer, a guide roll, and a pulling wire. The guide roll is connected to the speed reducer and is rotated. One side of the pulling wire is wound around the guide roll, and the other end is fixed to one side of the bottom plate.
