PURPOSE: A messaging service system and a method thereof are provided to apply charge according to messaging service use based on authentication identifying information. CONSTITUTION: A terminal device(100) generates message content including encoded authentication identification information. A gateway(200) supplies message content to a message service server(300). A message service server transmits the message content. The message service server applies charging corresponding message content transmission based on decoded authentication identification information. |
