USE OF AMIDES OF MONO- AND DI-CARBOXYLIC ACID IN TREATMENT OF RENAL DISEASE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a therapeutic agent for renal diseases, especially for such a renal disease that develops in diabetic patients or patients subjected to a treatment with an antitumor chemotherapy such as a platinum derivative and more generally with cytotoxic drugs at renal level for treatment of neoplastic diseases.

SOLUTION: The use of palmitoylethanolamide and of the fumaric acid diethanolamide is made in the treatment of renal diseases, especially of the renal disease caused by dysmetabolic disease or by toxic or chemotherapy agents such as platinum derivatives. The palmitoylethanolamide is used preferably in the form of micropulverization or ultra-micropulverization. The fumaric acid diethanolamide is used preferably in an aqueous solution.
