PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device capable of reducing interference caused by an interference wave generated periodically and preventing an inappropriate increase in transmission power in radio communication with another radio communication device.

SOLUTION: A reception unit 30 of a radio communication device 2 includes an interference data measurement unit that measures cycle data of an interference wave from a reception signal with its frequency converted in a frequency converter 34 as interference data about the interference wave received in its own device. The cycle data of the interference wave that is measured in an interference data measurement unit 40 is inserted in a transmission packet in a transmission packet generation unit 12 as a part of transmission data. A control unit 20 writes the cycle data of the interference wave that is extracted from reception data from another radio communication device 2 to a storage unit 22 for every radio communication device. The control unit 20 adjusts one-time transmission time based on the cycle data of the interference wave corresponding to a transmission destination so as to reduce the interference by the interference wave to reception data in the radio communication device 2 as the transmission destination.
