PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information about the influence of various adjustable parameters to a user even when the procedure of data acquisition and/or data processing is complex.

SOLUTION: This microscope system includes; microscopes (5 to 11) for acquiring data; and a calculation device 2 configured to execute the control of the microscopes during acquiring the data and the data processing of raw data acquired by the microscopes. The microscopes and the calculation device 2 are configured to execute data acquisition and/or data processing based on a value set in each of the plurality of adjustable parameters. The calculation device 2 is configured to selectively output graphic data 16 according to the adjustable parameter selected from among the plurality of adjustable parameters via an optical output device 3. The graphic data 16 indicate the influence of the selected adjustable parameter in at least one step of the procedure as the basis of the data acquisition and/or data processing.
