<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coral growing method capable of recovering coral reef. <P>SOLUTION: A coral growing apparatus 100 comprises a base material 1, a positive electrode 2 and a wire 3 which connects both electrically. The base material 1 is a network structure made of a metal, and acts as a cathode in the sea WI. The anode 2 is composed of a metal less noble in standard electrode potential than the base material 1, and acts as an anode in the sea WI. The base material 1 and the anode 2 are connected by the wire 3 after setting the base material 1 on the seabed BT, and electric current is made to flow in the sea WI between the base material 1 and the anode 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
