<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new synthetic resin container having an improved beautiful appearance by improving the shape retaining property of a reduced pressure absorbing panel. <P>SOLUTION: The synthetic resin container includes a bottom 5 having a ground surface 5a and connecting to the lower end of a barrel 4 connected from an opening 2 via a shoulder 3. On a bottom wall 7c of the reduced pressure absorbing panel 7 formed by recessing barrel sidewalls 4a, 4b at the side of the bottom 5, a protruded strip 8 is provided crossing the reduced pressure absorbing panel 7 in the peripheral direction of the barrel. The arched protruded strip 8 has one bent portion 8a directed toward the opening 2. Edges 8b of the bent portion 8a each integrally connect to a recessed sidewall 7a forming the recess of the reduced pressure absorbing panel 7 at a space in the peripheral direction of the barrel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
