<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute a complicated process in execution of a business process including human computer interaction (HCI). <P>SOLUTION: In a user interactive service cooperation system, a user terminal sequentially calls web service providing servers via a web portal server and a service scenario execution server, and each web service providing server performs interactive processing with the user terminal. The service cooperation system is provided with a callback control server that comprises: a callback control part for transmitting, in response to reception of a callback request containing a callback user ID from the web service providing server, a request for start of an interactive processing to a user terminal by using an ID identifying the user terminal or a session by the user terminal; and a callback ID management part for managing the ID and the callback user ID in association with each other and obtaining the ID corresponding to the callback user ID. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
