<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer sheet which has satisfactory thermal bending workability, as well as excellent transparency, heat resistance and impact resistance and satisfactory surface hardness, solvent resistance, weather resistance and the like. <P>SOLUTION: The multilayer sheet includes a layer including a polycarbonate resin and a polyester thermoplastic elastomer (A layer) and a layer including an acrylic resin (B layer), the B layer being laminated on at least one side of the A layer.
