<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce operation cost to prevent illicit download. <P>SOLUTION: The address of a Web server 6 is identified by a transition destination URL to which a user transits before a download page. The Web server 6 stores the same password table T as that transmitted by data broadcast. The Web server 6 comprises: password extracting means 14 which extracts a password by receiving a character string whose password is linked to a URL from a mobile terminal device 4 through a communication network N; effective period determination means 15 which determines whether the extracted password is within the effective period or not based on the extracted password and extracted time of day by referring to the password table T; and page screen transmission control means 16 which, if the extracted password is expired, transmits a page screen displaying an error message indicating the situation to the mobile terminal device 4, and, if the extracted password is within the effective period, transmits a page screen to download a prize to the mobile terminal device 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
