<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust apparatus for a motorcycle which can reduce the number of components, effectively protecting an exhaust sensor from external force, and keeping beauty in terms of the external appearance thereof. <P>SOLUTION: In this exhaust apparatus in which an exhaust muffler is connected to respective exhaust downstream ends of a left exhaust pipe and a right exhaust pipe connected to exhaust ports of an engine, an exhaust communication pipe for making the left exhaust pipe communicate with the right exhaust pipe is connected at an exhaust communication part located in the vicinity of an exhaust downstream end and positioned on the exhaust upstream side relative to the exhaust downstream end; and an exhaust sensor for detecting the oxygen concentration in exhaust gas is disposed on the exhaust communication pipe. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
