<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy durability, moldability and low cost, in an upper member increased in volume by leaving it at bisection in a bent form advantageous for miniaturization. <P>SOLUTION: In this resin intake manifold continuing from an inlet 1 for connecting a throttle body 20 thereto to outlet pipes 3 multiply branched via a surge tank 2, and vertically bisected into an upper member 11 and a lower member 12 at the surge tank 2 and the outlet pipes 3, wherein the respective outlet pipes 3 extend from the surge tank 2 and rise to face the surge tank 2, the problem is solved by forming, on the upper member 11 side, a transverse reinforcing rib 31 for integrally connecting the inlet 1 to the respective outlet pipes 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
