摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat storage apparatus that has the excellent efficiency of heat transfer than ever. <P>SOLUTION: The heat storage apparatus 1 includes a supercooling heat storage material and heats an engine 2 with a latent heat discharged in association with a phase change of the supercooling heat storage material. The apparatus includes: a heat exchanging part 110 which accommodates the supercooling heat storage material; and a nucleating device 12 which nucleates the supercooling heat storage material in a supercooling state to change a phase of the material.
