<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a login method for an injection molding machine that enables highly safe, simple log-in and setting of an operable range for each operator. <P>SOLUTION: In an injection molding machine (1), an ID card (13) with an identification number (15) recorded is used for authentication of an operator. The identification number (15) is read by an ID card reader (11) in a non-contact manner, and checked whether to be registered by consulting an operator definition file (12) in a controller (2).
