<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball screw device, capable of efficiently cooling a double nut preload ball screw, and capable of preventing a cooling medium from leaking from a nut. <P>SOLUTION: The ball screw device 1 includes a screw shaft 10, a plurality of nuts 20, 30 screwing on a screw shaft 10 via a rolling element 40, and a spacer 50 disposed between the nuts 20, 30. A preload is applied to the rolling element 40 in two-point contact state by the spacer 50, wherein a tensile direction is in the preload direction. Circulation paths 25, 32 and a second through-hole 52 are formed in the nuts 20, 30 and the spacer 50, and a cooling medium is supplied thereto to constitute a cooler.
