<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a drive efficiency of a solid storing apparatus when a bicycle storage base is moved up and down. <P>SOLUTION: The solid storage apparatus includes: a construction transfer part where a plurality of construction support parts, which circularly run, are circumferentially arranged in the vertical direction so that the lowest construction support part can perform a lateral transfer in the loading/unloading part 16 of a bicycle B; a plurality of storage parts for the transferred articles which are detachably supported by the construction support parts including the lowest construction support part and circumferentially arranged and supported with open spaces; and a drive part that drives the construction support parts so that the construction support parts are sequentially and selectively circulated.
