<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knocked-down oil retaining wall easily assembled and surely retaining oil under any environment. <P>SOLUTION: The knocked-down oil retaining wall includes a plurality of blocks arranged in a polygonal shape, a sheet to cover a region surrounded with the blocks, and fixing implements for fixing connection parts of the sheet and the blocks so as to sandwich the connection parts.
