<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional mask impregnated with a cosmetic material and used by being mounted to a face or the like and a method for producing the same, with which adhesiveness to a face is increased and usability is increased. <P>SOLUTION: The three-dimensional mask is configured such that a nonwoven fabric 13 containing thermoplastic resin fibers is three-dimensionally molded into a face shape to obtain a mask body 11, and then the mask body is impregnated with the cosmetic material. The method for producing the three-dimensional mask includes the steps of: obtaining three-dimensional image data of a face using a three-dimensional measuring unit 20; forming a face model 30 corresponding to the shape of the face based on the three-dimensional image data; producing the mask body 11 by mounting the nonwoven fabric 13 containing thermoplastic resin fibers to the face model 30, heating and pressing the nonwoven fabric, and molding the nonwoven fabric into a shape corresponding to the face model 30; and impregnating the mask body 11 with the cosmetic material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
