<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope and an endoscope system for performing a suction operation from an adhesion part to intestinal wall, while operating an endoscope with both hands as in a conventional manner. <P>SOLUTION: The endoscope 1 includes: the distal end opening 9 of a treatment implement insertion channel, which is arranged at the distal end of an insertion part 2 and is used also as a suction hole; the adhesion part 20 to intestinal wall arranged in the outer circumference of the insertion part 2; a suction unit 18 connected to the distal end opening 9 and the adhesion part 20 to intestinal wall; a suction operation changeover part 27 for performing an operation to change-over suction by the distal end opening 9 and adhesion to the intestinal wall by the adhesion part 20. The suction operation changeover part 27 selectively performs changeover between a first suction state where at least the distal end opening 9 communicates with the suction unit 18 and a second suction state where the adhesion part 20 communicates with the suction unit 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
