<p>The method involves matching axes (16, 17) of a swivel hub (5) and a locking bearing (6) with axes of fixing of brake levers (3, 4). The locking bearing and the swivel hub are reinforced by screws. The brake levers and a swivel bracket lock are reinforced on a bushing (9) with the screws. Internal screw threads enable fixing of screw thread units of the screws. A wedge is provided in an opening in a closed state of a pivoting shackle lock (8). A pivot bracket (7) is perforated by spokes of a wheel.</p> |
