The direction controller has a device for controlling the rotating speed of a left front wheel and a rear wheel and another device for controlling the rotating speed of a right front wheel and rear wheel. An interface is provided for receiving a curve signal. The controller is designed such that the rotating speed of the front wheels and rear wheels are controlled in dependence of the curve signal.
