PURPOSE: A high voltage broadband pulse attenuation device is provided to minimize isolation breakdown in a dielectric film by the formation of a junction of external metal case and a junction of inner dielectric films on different positions. CONSTITUTION: An input unit comprises an input coaxial cable(310) and a first dielectric film(372) that surrounds an input coaxial cable. The input coaxial cable has a coaxial in-line structure. The first dielectric film is formed in order to surround the input coaxial cable. The first dielectric film maintains the impedance characteristic of the input coaxial cable. A third dielectric film(376) surrounds an output coaxial cable(320). |
