PURPOSE: A printing blanket containing tacky materials is provided to minimize the defects of patterns and to form desired patterns by increasing the adhesive of the printing blanket to ink. CONSTITUTION: A printing blanket(114) containing tacky materials includes a cushion layer(114a), a supporting layer(114b), and a printing layer(114c). The cushion layer is based on silicon rubber. The supporting layer suppresses the non-uniform shrinkage of the cushion layer and improves the precision of printing by being stacked on the upper side of the cushion layer. The printing layer is stacked on the upper side of the supporting layer and includes tacky-fiber resin. The tacky-fiber resin is a silica-based resin material. The silica-based resin material includes trimethylated silica. The printing layer includes polydimethylsiloxane. The supporting layer is composed of the polymer film based on polyethylene terephthalate and polycarbonate, or the metallic thin film of aluminum and stainless. |
