<p>PURPOSE: A solar cell apparatus and a fabricating method thereof are provided to prevent ion included in a support substrate being from being diffused to a top part by oxidizing an upper side of a reflecting layer and forming an oxide layer. CONSTITUTION: A reflecting layer(200) is formed on a support substrate(100). An oxide layer(250) including the same material as the reflecting layer is formed on the reflecting layer. A back electrode layer(300) is formed on the oxide layer. A light absorption layer(400) is formed on the back electrode layer. A buffer layer(500) is formed on the light absorption layer. A window layer(600) is formed on the buffer layer.</p> |
