PURPOSE: A rotor blade and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture a rotor blade with simple design and affordable price and to increase lifetime of the rotor blade. CONSTITUTION: A rotor blade comprises a blade section(5), a blade tip, coupling sections(9,11). The blade section comprises a blade outer cover and a blade body, and forms aerodynamically effective profile. The blade tip heads toward the outside from a hub of a driving device of a rotor. The coupling section is opposite toward the hub and comprises a torsion-torque transmission element and an attachment device for a control tube. The blade section and the coupling section include spar tapes made by unidirectional fiber material.
