PURPOSE: A pillar for a traffic facility having an outer corrugated pipe is provided to improve structural stability by stably supporting a gap between an inner pipe and an outer corrugated pipe through a support ring. CONSTITUTION: A pillar for a traffic facility having an outer corrugated pipe comprises an inner pipe(10), an outer corrugated pipe(20), multiple support rings(30), a foaming layer, and outer belts(50). The inner pipe is made of a metal material. The outer corrugated pipe is made of a stainless or aluminum material and surrounds the inner pipe. The support rings are coupled between the inner pipe and the outer corrugated pipe at uniform intervals. The foaming layer is formed between the inner pipe and the outer corrugated pipe. The outer belts surround the outer corrugated pipe.
