<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate use even in an environment in which a communication network is not available without using dedicated equipment to manage attendances of employees. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile attendance management system that manages attendances of employees through a communication network 7 including radio communication by using a mobile terminal machine 2 performing data communication includes a reader 1 which reads a recording medium 100 in which employee identification information for identifying the employees is recorded, an authentication processing unit 313 which acquires the employee identification information read by the reader 1, and performs authentication processing based upon the employee identification information, and a storage unit 320 which associates attendance time information acquired by a timer unit 304 with the employee identification information to record therein.
