PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode plate for nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery which is excellent in output/input characteristics and cycle characteristics, as well as a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery and a battery pack which use the same for a positive electrode plate and/or a negative electrode plate.

SOLUTION: An electrode plate for nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery includes a current collector, and an electrode active material layer formed on at least part of a surface of the current collector. The electrode active material layer contains active material particles, and a binding material that contains a metal oxide indicating the insertion and elimination reaction of lithium-ions and also contains a carbon component.
