摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-furnace combustion control method for not only improving energy efficiency and uniformity of in-furnace heating temperature but also inhibiting generation of nitrogen oxide or carbon dioxide inexpensively even by using an existing industrial furnace. <P>SOLUTION: Ceiling burners (203) matrix-arranged on the ceiling of an industrial furnace (200) are driven by using fuel and a first oxidizing agent to heat a heating target object (202) in a furnace. A second oxidizing agent with an oxygen content equal to or more than 85 wt.% is supplied through a lance (206) arranged on a side wall (201) into the furnace in the form of jet stream (207) at an supersonic speed, and is allowed to pass through ceiling burner arrays (205a, 205b) parallel within a horizontal plane over the heating target object.
