<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elutriator apparatus which does not require a connecting mechanism, which is required in a conventional elutriation apparatus, for supplying a liquid to a high speed rotating rotor part using an external pump, and to provide an elutriator system whose apparatus is disposable. <P>SOLUTION: A microchannel system for an elutriator is formed with a channel in a substrate and can rotate around a rotation axis. The channel has an inlet, an outlet, an inlet solution chamber connected to the inlet, and a separation chamber formed between the inlet and the outlet. The distance between the inlet and the rotation axis is shorter than the distance between the outlet and the rotation axis. The distance between the inlet of the separation chamber and the rotation axis is longer than the distance between the outlet of the separation chamber and the rotation axis. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
