<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an image processing apparatus which can be set to add a characteristic recording agent represented by clear toner to a document file is not easily set to add the characteristic recording agent to an object area of finishing process changing depending upon printing settings. <P>SOLUTION: The image processing apparatus includes acquisition means of acquiring printing setting information set to the document file and configuration information on a device which performs the finishing processing set to the document file, specification means of specifying an area to be subjected to the finishing processing on a form on which the document file is printed out using the printing setting information and the configuration information on the device that the acquisition means acquires, and creation means of creating data for addition of the recording agent for reinforcing the area specified by the specification means to the area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
