<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for estimating equipment data capable of supplying equipment data with high accuracy at a time point when data for a state of a power system is required. <P>SOLUTION: An observation data measuring apparatus 11 measures time-adjusted observation data of each node belonging to a power system. Equation generating means 15 generates equations where the size of bus voltage, phase, active power, and reactive power at each node among the observed data measured by the observation data measuring apparatus 11 are used as constants, while equipment data are used as variables.
