<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform determination of a file collision and surely perform an adjustment of the file collision by using file indices for establishing file synchronization. <P>SOLUTION: A collision processing unit 324 of a synchronization control unit 32 in a storage server 3 compares an E-tag included in attributes from a terminal device 1 with an E-tag included in an FI stored in a storage unit 33, determines that a file collision has occurred when the E-tags are different, and transmits a user selection command to the terminal device 1 so that a user selects subsequent processing. When the user selects "saving new file" according to user selection types presented by the terminal device 1, in addition to a file x updated previously, the collision processing unit 324 stores a file y updated subsequently in the storage unit 33, then generates an FI(1) of the file y, and transmits the FI of the file x and the FI(1) of the file y to the terminal device 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
