<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which supports an adjustment work so that adjustment of an adjustment object is accurately performed. <P>SOLUTION: An allowable range to be used for second determination is set as wider than an allowable range to be used for first determination. In this case, even if there is a measurement error of an inclination angle of a scanning line on a photosensitive drum 13, since an inclination angle which is included in the first narrower allowable range is certainly included in the second wider allowable range, the adjustment work is not confused. In addition, when the inclination angle α of the scanning line of the photosensitive drum 13 is not included in the first narrower allowable range, since the inclination angle α of the scanning line is adjusted, highly accurate adjustment so as to be included in the first narrower allowable range is expected, and adjustment accuracy is raised. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
