<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic caisson earth removal system which eliminates the need of a space for installing a lifting facility around a caisson and efficiently performs extension of a material shaft which become necessary in association with outfitting work. <P>SOLUTION: A material lock 6 for keeping the pressure in a workroom 5 of a caisson skeleton 2 constant is installed just above a workroom ceiling slab 3 or in the intermediate part of a material shaft 7 sequentially extended upward and used. A lifting facility for earth removal is provided on the uppermost part of the material shaft 7, and the material shaft is used as masts 24 for both of an earth removal shaft and the lifting facility. A climbing crane 21 which extends the masts 24 and rises by its own mechanism is mounted as a lifting facility for earth removal on the uppermost part of the material shaft 7. Thereby, rising of the climbing crane 21 extending the masts 24 leads to extension of the material shaft 7, thereby improving work efficiency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
