摘要 <p>Provided is an organic electroluminescent element having low drive voltage, excellent durability, little color variation and efficiency degradation when driven at high luminance, and little variation in element characteristics due to changes in the concentration of the dopant. The organic electroluminescent element has at least one organic layer containing a light-emitting layer between electrodes, and contains a compound represented by general formula (1) in the at least one organic layer. R0 each independently represent an alkyl group or an aryl group consisting of a single ring. m represents an integer from 0 to 4, and n reprsents an integer from 1 to 4. The phenylene groups are all meta- or para-linked, and when n = 1, three phenylene groups are all para-linked. RA, RB and RC indepedently represent an alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group, an aryl group consisting of a single ring, a heteroaryl group consisting of a consisting of a single ring, a silyl group, a cyano group, a halogen atom, or a group obtained from a combination thereof. a1 and b1 independently represent integers from 0 to 4. c1 independently represents an integer from 0 to 3.</p>
