<p>In order to enable two work rests to approach each other or to enable a work rest and a working section to approach each other, a crankshaft milling machine is provided with a pair of work heads (3a, 3b), a pair of swing heads (12a, 12b), and a pair of work rests (13a, 13b). Each of the work rests (13a, 13b) has: a body frame (24) moving together with the corresponding swing head (12a, 12b); a pair of clampers (25); and a clamper moving mechanism (26). The pair of clampers (25) is provided to the side surface of the body frame (24) which is on the opposite side of the swing head (12a, 12b). One end of each of the pair of clampers (25) is pivotably supported by the body frame (24), and the other end thereof can be opened and closed. The clamper moving mechanism (26) is disposed closer to the swing head (12a, 12b) than the pair of clampers (25) and moves the pair of clampers (25) along the spindle relative to the body frame (24).</p> |
