An air-conditioning control device (60) is provided with: a specifying unit, which specifies an outside air temperature value and an outside air absolute humidity value; and an air-conditioning control unit, which automatically controls an outside air-processing air conditioner (30) and an air-conditioner (20) such that indoor space environment is led to within a target temperature/humidity range determined on the basis of setting made by a user. The air-conditioning control unit determines, by automatic control, the control contents of the outside air-processing air conditioner (30) and the air-conditioner (20), merely on the basis of the outside air temperature value and the outside air absolute humidity value, which are specified by the specifying unit.
