PURPOSE: A screw holder is provided to enhance convenience by easily executing the fixing of a police screw and the manipulation of a coupling tool. CONSTITUTION: One side of a screw holder(100) is combined with a steering wheel(140) which is able to be grasped. The screw holder steadily supports a police screw and rod which is coupled with a hole formed in backbone or cervical spine. A hollow sleeve(110) comprises a slot hole which is formed in the outer circumference. A trigger(130) has a hollow shape which is inserted into the hollow sleeve. The head coupling part of a reducer(120) is combined with a head of the police screw. An elastic member(150) is combined with the hollow sleeve and the trigger. The elastic member offers elastic restoring force of the reducer.
