<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor suppressing that users of an institution are determined only on the reservation first-come-first-served basis, when use reservations of the institution are overlapped. <P>SOLUTION: Opinion acceptance means of the information processor accepts opinions on a communication in a plurality of users whose use reservations of an institution are overlapped, communication amount calculation means calculates communication amounts of the users from a past communication history in the plurality of users and a statistic of the communication amounts of the plurality of users, determination means determines the users of the institution based on the statistic of the communication amounts of the plurality of users and the communication amounts of the users calculated by the communication amount calculation means and the opinions of the respective users accepted by the opinion acceptance means, and output means outputs the users determined by the determination means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
