<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire harness capable of preventing an increase in the number of components and preventing an excessive length of an electric wire, and a method of manufacturing the wire harness. <P>SOLUTION: A wire harness 10 includes: an electric wire 11; and a cylindrical corrugated tube 13 comprising a synthetic resin and storing the electric wire 11 to protect it. When the wire harness 10 is installed in an automobile, the corrugated tube 13 is bent at an appropriate portion 10a. In the corrugated tube 13, recessed grooves 14 and projections 15 are alternately arranged in the longitudinal direction. The projections 15 adjacent to each other on the inner side of the appropriate portion 10a are welded to each other and mounted.
