<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal transfer image receiving sheet having superior various performances, such as image density of mold releasability and printed matter. <P>SOLUTION: The thermal transfer image receiving sheet has a base material and a receiving layer on the base material, and the receiving layer contains a specific polyether-modified silicone and the binder resin.
