<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-sensitive recording medium which is excellent in printing density, printing image quality, sealing property, scuffing property, the water resistance of an image part and plasticizer resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The heat-sensitive recording medium has, on a support, a heat-sensitive recording layer which contains a colorless or light-colored basic leuco dye and an electron acceptable color developer and has a protective layer on the heat-sensitive recording layer where the protective layer contains an acrylic resin and powdery cellulose and the powdery cellulose is formed of a starting material of wood pulp or non-wood pulp according to dry grinding at a normal temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
