<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging type super-fine bubble generator which is made compact and generates super-fine bubbles with little electric power. <P>SOLUTION: The charging type super-fine bubble generator 1 includes a stationary part 2 and a moving part 3. The stationary part 2 includes a hydrogen generator 11, a stationary part hydrogen tank 13, an electric power cable 14, a first pressure sensor 16, and a stationary part controller 18. The moving part 3 includes a moving part hydrogen tank 31, a super-fine bubble generator 32, a charging power source 33, a second pressure sensor 34, and a moving part controller 37. The super-fine bubble generator 32 includes a bubble generation medium 45 connected to the moving part hydrogen tank 31, and a water flow generator 46 which is driven by the charging power source 33 and generates a water flow to flow on the surface of the bubble generation medium 45.
