<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the precision of a fuel consumption rate and a fuel consumption rate calculation formula for a thermal power generation facility, thereby enabling a precise fuel procurement program and power generation program. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided: a fuel consumption detector 2S for detecting consumption of fuel 2 supplied to a boiler 4; a steam generation amount detector 5S for detecting the amount of generated steam 5 generated in the boiler by evaporating water supply 3 supplied to the boiler 4; and a fuel consumption rate automatic generator 10 that automatically generates real fuel consumption and the fuel consumption rate calculation formula on the basis of real fuel consumption data collected for a predetermined period of time and real fuel consumption data stored in a memory 101, and retained in the memory 101 for a predetermined period of time on the basis of the output of the fuel consumption detector 2S and that of the steam generation amount detector 5S on the basis of the real fuel consumption data and real fuel consumption data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
