摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detector capable of accurately capturing a behavior of an object travelling at high speed. <P>SOLUTION: A radiation detector 1 provided with a sensor part 2 which comprises plural detection elements 3 arranged two-dimensionally and detecting radiation intensity at respective positions comprises: signal processing mechanisms 5a to 5d which are provided respectively corresponding to detection element groups 4a to 4d obtained by grouping the detection elements 3 and which in response to a measurement command signal, process outputs from the detection elements 3 composing the detection element groups, converts the results into digital signals, and transmits the digital signals in parallel synchronization; and an FPGA 6 which transmits the measurement command signal to the signal processing mechanisms 5a to 5d in parallel synchronization and receives the digital signals from the signal processing mechanisms 5a to 5d. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
