<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain both durability and conversion efficiency of a solar cell element by adopting a transparent electrode which is easily manufactured at a lower price than prices of existing transparent electrodes. <P>SOLUTION: The organic solar cell includes a photoelectric conversion layer between at least one pair of electrodes. At least one of the pair of electrodes is a transparent electrode containing a transparent conductive polymer.
