<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a course evaluation device that evaluates whether a course candidate of a local vehicle interferes with a course candidate of the other object while taking into consideration an avoidance action that the local vehicle should take corresponding to the course candidate of the other object. <P>SOLUTION: A course evaluation device 1 includes other-object course candidate generation means 20, local vehicle course candidate generation means 21, and collision evaluation means 24 of evaluating whether the local vehicle collides against the other object. The other-object course candidate generation means 20 stores information on an avoidance action of the local vehicle corresponding to the generated course candidate of the other object associatively with the course candidate of the other object, and the collision evaluation means 24 determines a movement condition of the local vehicle on the course candidate of the local vehicle based upon the information on the avoidance action of the local vehicle stored associatively with the course candidate of the other object.
